The House:

The holiday apartment is located in our 200+ year old timber-framed house on the ground floor on the left. There is a private entrance at the front of the house for our holiday guests' disposal. We use a second rear entrance from the other side of the house.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smokers have the opportunity to indulge in their pleasures outside the house.

Location:

The house is located in the district Unterwiesenthal near the narrow-gauge railway called "Bimmelbahn" (a tourist train with steam locomotive). Our house is an ideal starting point for hiking tours, mountain biking, and in the winter, near the entrance to a ski trail.

Parking & storage space:

Right at the house there is parking for one vehicle. Skiing equipment or bicycles can be locked in the shed behind the house.

Pets:

Because we also own a small dog, it must be agreed with us before you arrive with your pet.

Prices:

60.00 Euro per night

Rental includes ancillary costs associated with the apartment, as well as, bed linens and towels.
In addition to the rental price 30 euro will be charged for final cleaning.

Tourist taxes will also be applied.
